Understanding the Group Security Toolbar

LightWork uses a Group Security Toolbar to give you access to certain actions. This toolbar guide is specific to managing the Group Security settings.

Basic Functionality
When working in a group your toolbar will have the following options:

  1. All Full Access
    Changes all of the filtered Securities to the Highest Access available.

  2. All No Access
    Changes all of the filtered Securities to the Lowest Access available.

  3. Filter
    Allows you to Filter out by a specific word or group of words.

  4. Module
    Refers to specific programs your Users could potentially have access to. (I.e. Timesheet, Talent Management, etc.)

  5. Type
    Allows you to narrow down the list of functions available for a specific User within the modules.
    Note: The Filter Search section automatically updates as changes are made.
